01Where your tools stop

Every tool you already use handles the money. Aevon handles the client.

Your CRM, your planning software, your note-taker: they keep the accounts, the tasks, and the notes in order. None of them tell you how the person is doing. Aevon does, and it works alongside the tools you already have.

Your workflow tools
Built for the money side of the practice.
  • Your CRM runs the practice: every household, pipeline, task, and workflow in one place.
  • Planning software models retirement, taxes, estates, and every what-if a client can ask for.
  • Portfolio tools handle performance, rebalancing, reporting, and billing.
  • Note-takers prep the meeting, take the notes, extract the tasks, draft the follow-up email, and file it all to the CRM.
Aevon
Who your client is, and how they’re doing.
  • Aevon keeps a file on every client that holds the family, the health scare, the business sale, and the worry they only mentioned once.
  • Before each meeting it hands you a short brief, so you know what changed since last time and what’s still unresolved.
  • You can ask it anything about one client or your whole book, and every answer points to the meeting it came from.
  • Before a hard conversation, it coaches you on how to approach it with that specific client, based on what they’ve told you over the years.
  • You can practice the conversation first. Aevon plays the client, using their real history.
  • And after each meeting, it privately tells you how it went and what to work on.

Your portfolios have systems behind them. With Aevon, your relationships do too.
02Before every meeting

Walk into every meeting
already knowing them.

As your book grows, no one can keep every detail on every client in their head. Aevon keeps it for you, and answers straight from the meeting it came from.

“We’re paying for the wedding next May — Beth wants something small but the venues are already booked.”
From your meeting · March 14, 2026
— Every answer is cited back to the meeting it came from.
03The behavioral side

Built on how people behave with money.

Money decisions are emotional decisions. Clients sell at the bottom because they’re scared. They avoid the estate conversation because it’s about dying. They carry beliefs about money they formed decades ago. Vanguard’s Advisor’s Alpha and Russell Investments’ Value of an Advisor research both put behavioral coaching at the top of what advisors are worth. Aevon is built for that part of the job.

What you’re coached on
The methods are established ones. Aevon coaches the skills counselors and behavioral finance practitioners have trained in for decades: motivational interviewing, reflective listening, and the psychology behind money decisions, from loss aversion to the beliefs clients formed long before they met you.
01Listening more than you talk. The client should do most of the talking, especially in a hard meeting.
02Reflecting feelings first.Acknowledge what the client is feeling before you answer what they said.
03Not interrupting.Clients tell you more when they can finish a thought.
04Catching emotional cues.Noticing the thing they mention once, in passing, while you're still in the room.
05Advice second. When a client is going through something, start with the person and get to the plan after.
How you practice
Start from the library.
Choose from more than twenty ready-made scenarios covering the hard conversations that come up most.
Write your own.
Describe any situation in plain English and practice exactly that.
Use a real client.
Pick a moment from their file and practice that conversation with a version of them built from their real history, as many times as you want before the real one.
After each real meeting you get a private read on how it went, measured on the skills above. The numbers come from your meetings, so you can watch a habit change.
